Subscription Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to end a Prominent Nutrition subscription, when your cancellation takes effect, and how billing works at renewal. It is intended to be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

When renewals occur and when to cancel

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive, prepaid terms of the same length as your initial term unless you cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current term. We will charge your saved payment method at the then-current rate for each renewal period unless you cancel on time.

If your subscription includes a free trial or promotional/discounted period longer than 31 days, we will send a reminder 3–21 days before that period ends explaining that charges will begin or change unless you cancel, and how to cancel. For subscriptions with an initial term of one year or longer that renew automatically, we will send a renewal reminder 15–45 days before the renewal date with details on renewal timing, costs, and how to cancel. For annual automatic renewals or continuous services, we will send an annual reminder disclosing the product/service, amount and frequency of charges, and how to cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel any time before renewal takes effect using any of the following methods. We will not obstruct or delay your cancellation, and if you cancel online you will have a direct “click to cancel” path. 

  • Online: Log in to your account and go to Manage Subscriptions, select the subscription you want to end, then scroll down and select Cancel Subscription. A prominently located “Cancel Subscription” control is available within account settings. 

  • Email: Send a cancellation request to hello@prominentnutrition.com. 

  • Phone: Call us at 786.703.6424 during normal business hours. 

  • Mail (if we directly bill you): Write to us at 3705 NW 115th Ave, Unit 6, Doral, FL 33178. 

After you enroll in a subscription, we send an acknowledgment you can retain (for example, by email) that includes the automatic renewal terms, pricing and charge frequency, our cancellation policy, and how to cancel, including an accessible electronic method. 

What happens after you cancel

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your then-current prepaid term. You will not be charged for any subsequent renewal terms after your cancellation takes effect. Except where required by law, prepaid charges are non-refundable. 

If we change the subscription fee for your existing plan or make a material change to the automatic renewal terms, we will provide clear and conspicuous advance notice with information on how to cancel before the change takes effect; for price changes, notice will be provided 7–30 days before the change. 

Managing upcoming orders and SMS reminders

You may skip, reschedule, swap, or adjust upcoming orders in your account or via applicable SMS flows, but doing so does not cancel your subscription. To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel using one of the cancellation methods above at least 24 hours before the end of your current term when the recurring order will be processed. 

No barriers to cancellation and recordkeeping

We will not misrepresent any material fact related to subscriptions or cancellation, and we do not impose unnecessary steps that hinder cancellation. We maintain verification of your affirmative consent to automatic renewal or continuous service for at least three years, or one year after the subscription terminates, whichever is longer.
